Harbour Lights is a recently renovated comfortable 1 bedroom apartment ideally located across from Rothesay Harbour. Tastefully furnished and inviting, Harbour Lights is the ideal place to return to after a day exploring all of Bute’s delights.
Guests enter this second floor apartment into a well lit long hallway with space to kick off their shoes and hang their coats as they enter. Immediately on your left you will find the newly fitted kitchen with dining table for 2. The kitchen comes equipped with appliances including an integrated oven with grill, electric induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment and new washing machine.
Continuing to the end of the hall, you will find the spacious and bright sitting room on your right. Two large and comfortable sofas will guarantee that guests will be able to unwind after a day exploring. If you fancy a bit of people watching, the high backed tartan covered armchair will be your favourite spot to take in the comings and goings of the town square and harbour. Spend your evenings with your favourite tipple and catch up on your favourite shows or enjoy a movie on the 40″ Smart TV. Guests with streaming service accounts can log into their accounts straight through the TV…just don’t forget to log out before you leave!
Across from the sitting room is the well proportioned double bedroom which overlooks the bandstand and Rothesay Castle and it’s moat. Guests will wake refreshed and well rested after a peaceful sleep in the sumptuous king bed. The black out blind will keep the early morning sun out to allow you to lounge in bed as long as you like….you’re on holiday after all! During the day perch yourself in the velvet chair by the window, watching the shoppers pass by and the people enjoying the al fresco dining at the amphitheatre across the road . This is also where you can catch some live performances at the weekend plus some of Butes’ scheduled events which take place throughout the year.
Finally, the newly refurbished bathroom is bright and fresh with a walk-in power shower big enough for two and white porcelain sink and toilet. There is storage by the sink and a long shelf to keep all of your toiletries that you need for your stay.
Harbour Lights also benefits from free superfast fibre WiFi, gas central heating and double glazing. Bed linen and towels are also included so all you need to do is bring yourself and your belongings and prepare for a great and memorable stay.
